📝 Registration & Participation

How do I register for the World Individuals Championship?

Registration is exclusively online via www.MG-Scoreboard.de (link at www.world-individuals.com). Choose your age category (U12, U15, U18 or Open) and complete the registration form. The entry fee is immediately due and can be paid directly during registration online or via bank transfer.

When can I register and how much does it cost?
+

There are three registration phases: Early Entry (13.12.2025-31.12.2025), Regular Entry (01.01.2026-31.03.2026) and Late Entry (01.04.2026-30.06.2026). The final registration deadline is 30.06.2026. Prices per rider are tiered by phase:

What is included in the entry fee?

The entry fee includes:
-Competition entry,
-Stable box with initial bedding (shavings),
-Camping on the campground,
-2x Supporter Package and one Gala ticket.

What age categories and competitions are there?
+

There are four competitions: WB 1 (Open Class), WB 2 (U18), WB 3 (U15) and WB 4 (U12). 4-year-old and older ponies/horses are permitted. The competitions follow the rules of the International Mounted-Games Association (IMGA).

What vaccinations does my horse need?

All ponies/horses must have a valid influenza vaccination according to FEI regulations. Vaccination requirements are mandatory to enter the event grounds. The current guidelines can be found at https://inside.fei.org/.

Where can I stable my horse and what is included?
+

The entry fee includes a stable box with initial bedding (shavings). Additional bedding, hay, and oats must be purchased on site.

What health checks are required?
+

From 24.07.2026 onwards, the participant must take the temperature of all horses twice daily (morning and evening). Sick horses will be immediately excluded from the event. Current FEI influenza vaccinations are mandatory.

Are there accommodation and camping options?
+

Yes, camping on the campground is included in the entry fee. Electrical connections at the camp are optional and must be booked separately. Sanitary facilities are available. Hotels and vacation rentals are available in Salzhausen, Lüneburg, and Hamburg. Supporters can additionally book their own camping package.

What documents do I need for my horse?

Traces documents (DE-03355041-TGL) must be presented at check-in. These are required for entry and registration of your horse.

What insurance do I need?
+

Each participant requires accident insurance and liability insurance for horse and rider. The organizer's liability insurance does not extend to participants. Please verify your insurance coverage before arrival.

🏆 Competition

What rules govern the competition?
+

The competitions follow the rules of the International Mounted-Games Association (IMGA). There are three arenas: Arena A (100x70m all-weather sand), Arena B (110x86m grass) and Arena C (110x86m grass). All games comply with international IMGA standards.

What equipment is required?

All equipment must comply with IMGA rules. Riding helmets, safety equipment and tack will be checked during tack check. The exact equipment regulations can be found in the official IMGA rulebook.

Are there anti-doping controls?
+

Yes, WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) rules apply for riders, and FEI EADCMR (Equine Anti-Doping and Controlled Medication Regulations) for horses. Controls can take place at any time. Violations result in immediate disqualification.

Is there an age limit for minor participants?

Yes, participants under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must be present throughout the entire event. Registration must be completed by a legal guardian. Parental consent is required during registration.

Is the event family-friendly?
+

Absolutely! The Event Village has special family areas, playgrounds, and interactive activities for children. The entire grounds are wheelchair accessible.

How do I get to Luhmühlen?
+

Luhmühlen is located south of Hamburg and is easily accessible by car (A7). The nearest train station is Lüneburg (ICE/IC). Hamburg Airport (HAM) is approximately 45 minutes away.
